Mitford Homes, Inc. is a member of the Hancock County Builders Association, the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (B.A.G.I), the National Association of Home Builders (N.A.H.B), and the Hamilton County Builders Association. Each home is built with B.A.G.I. quality standards, and includes a 10 year limited structural warranty, a 4 year roof system warranty, and a full 1 year limited warranty.
