We start with the very best U.S.D.A. Prime beef. Only 2% of all the beef in the United States is awarded this superior rating. Our culinary staff selects and approves all meat for tenderness and flavor.

Our Executive Vice President, Karl Benko, who was our opening Chef in March of 1999, supervises our culinary staff. Karl, along with Sous Chef Jeff Heaviland, then personally prepares or supervises the flash searing of all steaks in our high-heat grills.

To further your enjoyment, we have selected “ the very best” in seafood. Daily, Peterson’s flies in the very top quality seafood available in the United States. Additionally, our wine selection is among “the very best” in the Indianapolis area. We have been awarded the prestigious “Award of Excellence” by the Wine Spectator.

Peterson’s is locally owned and is the result of years of dreaming and planning by businessman Joe Peterson, in order to provide “the very best” restaurant in the area. He personally supervises daily operations of the restaurant. This personal attention, along with a superior staff, has earned our establishment many awards, including:
