
Weber Grill Restaurant, an upscale casual restaurant specializing in steaks and classic American barbecue prepared over authentic Weber ® kettle grills, opened its doors to downtown Indianapolis on Tuesday, July 10, 2007.
Weber Grill Restaurant’s well-rounded menu features seared Angus steaks and chops, fresh grilled seafood, barbeque classics, charcoal-fired burgers, seasonal salads, all prepared to order. In addition to its grilled food, the restaurant offers Smokey Joe’s Bar, an upscale full service bar with signature cocktails and an extensive wine list.

Signature favorites at Weber Grill Restaurant include Flame-Seared Steaks served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes; 10 ounce Charcoal-Fired Burgers of Black Angus Beef served with French Fries and a Pickle; and a variety of Classic American Barbeque entrées, which are all served with Cornbread, Jim Beam Bourbon Baked Beans and Coleslaw. In addition to the signature favorites, there is a breadth of offerings including pizza, salads and chicken and fish selections.

Weber Grill Restaurant’s new downtown Indianapolis location is open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday noon to 9 p.m. Smokey Joe’s Bar opens the same time as the restaurant every day and closes one hour later than the restaurant. The restaurant seats 350, and also offers private rooms for parties ranging in size from 15 to 95 people.
